Love the owner ash. But I wish there was more options for housing help in the area. Or help for people like me struggling to have a roof over my head. I do now.work and so does my husband but getting 275+ up every week has been very harsh.... but lovely lil ladies.
I haven't got any complaints. Was very quiet, it's in a convenient location to many eateries and fuel stops. And at the end of it all, it worked great for what I needed it for.
I stayed here November 13. A Friday. All I needed was a place to sleep at for the night cause I was in town for my girls birthday cabin trip. The elderly woman at the desk who I’m guessin is the owner, was the sweetest I’ve ever met. Probably woke her up at least 3 times and she never gave me attitude or disrespect. THE definition of customer service. And people you get what you pay for. I’m sure we’ve all seen waaay worse. I mean it’s not a Courtyard Marriot. But to whomever she was and her name, you won’t be forgotten. Was a special weekend for me and she started it off right!
The room was clean and the beds were nice but it had only the most basic things avalible in the room. No channel guide or even a coffee pot. They provided the bare minimum.
We stayed here for several weeks because we had just moved to rockmart and had trouble getting a rental. I was in and out of the hospital dealing with cancer. The manager here was very kind and awesome.he went above and beyond to help us deal with this rough journey. We had to check out just about everyday and back in because of our financial situation and he understood and was so patient with us
Our room was clean, spacious & comfortable. Free wi-fi was a bonus. Very helpful staff even helped me load my luggage & refused to take a tip. Thanks so much. See you again
Very polite and professional. I was visiting a friend and ended up talking to the front desk guy for an hour before my friend called down and asked me where i was. The hotel needs some touching up but the rooms are clean and comfortable. the customer service is 10/10.Would recommend to any one looking for the convenience of a low budget room with none of the low budget inconveniences.
The place is awesome the two ladies that clean roo.s are a blast to speak with. The boss man that runs the place is a good man also. If there's something not right just let him know about it. He's always done me right.
